About the Submissions

These Chief Executive Officers know what it’s like to be the “other” in a room. While neither Robinson, Ramanathan nor Odemwingie had “CEO” on their career wish lists when they started teaching, their lived experiences prepared them to lead these equity-and justice-focused organizations and the power of their perspectives is a driving force in their success.
