Amy Rudat

Senior Director, Program Design

Amy Rudat has been working in education for 25 years, as a teacher, literacy coach, coordinator for school and district support, state leader, anti-racist ally, and national presenter. A founding member of UnboundEd, she was an integral to the development and success of the GLEAM Hypothesis, Cohort, Standards Institute, and the Summit Programs. Currently, she serves as the Senior Director of ELA, managing the development of ELA K-12 and MLL professional learning experiences, and ensuring the ELA and MLL professional development live at the intersection of equity, grade-level standards, and aligned curriculum. Amy believes we have a collective responsibility to combat the caste system that perpetuates predictable student outcomes in the United States.
