Angie Jennings, Regional Director for the Mid-America Region

Angie Jennings

Regional Director

Angie Jennings began her career as a high school math teacher, an experience that continues to shape how she partners with educators and district leaders. She later worked at the state level as a math specialist, designing and delivering instructional support for teachers and schools.

For nearly eight years, Angie worked at a nonprofit curriculum publisher, partnering closely with districts navigating high-quality instructional materials adoption. Drawing on her classroom and state-level experience, she served as a thought partner to district leaders –helping them make sense of curriculum decisions and plan for meaningful implementation. Her favorite part of this work was collaborating with leaders to design professional learning plans that supported teachers in successfully bringing curriculum to life in classrooms.

At UnboundEd, Angie serves as a Regional Director, partnering with district and network leaders to plan for instructional improvement across grades and content areas. She works alongside leadership teams to bring coherence across ELA, math, and other initiatives using a shared instructional framework, helping districts connect and simplify the work they are already doing rather than adding another “new thing.” Angie values deep partnership and is passionate about supporting leaders in building aligned, sustainable systems that strengthen teaching and learning.
