Over the following seven years, she served as the founding Executive Director of E4E-MN, leading the programming and operations of an incredible team of staff members who achieved significant policy advancements on behalf of Minnesota children and their teachers. Subsequently, Madaline assumed the role of E4E’s national Chief of Staff and Impact, overseeing strategic planning, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and driving impactful local programs. Most recently, she launched her consulting practice, leveraging her expertise to guide clients in leadership development, strategic planning, people operations, and financial management.

Madaline graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in English from South Dakota State University and earned her Master’s degree in Teaching from Hamline University. She resides in Minneapolis, Minnesota, with her family.
