Michaelle McCastle brings a unique combination of educational sales and service experience to cultivate new client relationships, promote the promise of equitable instruction, and ensure systemwide impact and results for all. In her role at UnboundEd, she will focus on building new client relationships and sustaining existing ones. McCastle has been a top sales performer for leading school publishers, including Jostens, Franklin Covey, Pearson, and McGraw-Hill. She has helped schools advocate for the most impactful textbook, technology, and professional development solutions as well as guided them in adopting and implementing solutions systemwide. She has written state and federal grant applications and won millions in funding to launch new school initiatives. She has recruited educators to become published book authors and contributors. Additionally, she has earned a Master of Public Additionally, she has earned a Doctorate in Education from Capella University, concentrating her studies on organizational change and school improvement to best serve and support the K-12 school leaders she serves.
