Priscilla Everhart, Chief Business Officer, is a visionary and action-oriented leader with a successful history of developing and implementing progressive strategies that exceed service, quality, growth, and cost targets. As an innovative, inclusive, and data-driven senior leader with more than 12 years of experience in strategic growth and finance, she has a proven track record of developing and executing operations in people policies, revenue recognition, forecasting, pricing, accounting, and long-term revenue growth and profitability.
In addition to her role at UnboundEd, Priscilla is the Owner and CEO of Norwood Hart LLC. As the sole proprietor and operator, she provides expertise to help nonprofits and social impact organizations increase business effectiveness and harness the power of their people by providing project management or support in the areas of finance and operations.
Prior to joining UnboundEd, Priscilla oversaw TNTP’s Strategic Growth, Business Operations, and Finance teams, developing, leading, and managing a team of more than 40 across FP&A, Revenue & Accounting, Strategic Growth, and Business Development & Operations. She also served as the Partner of Loan Originations & Operations at the Wildflower Foundation. Her early career included several roles within Teach for America, ultimately serving as the Director of Operations.
Priscilla holds a Bachelor of Science from The University of Alabama and a Master of Business Administration from Texas A&M University-Commerce.
