As the Sr. Vice President, Digital Products, Rachel leads initiatives to expand digital platforms that reflect students’ lived experiences to support the implementation of GLEAM® Instruction.
Prior to this, Rachel led the creation and development of exemplar curriculum materials aligned to the college and career readiness standards and culturally sustaining principles. Rachel also served as a nationally certified coach for the U.S. Department of Education Office of Career and Technical Adult Education.
Rachel earned a BA in Mathematics Elementary Education from Eastern Michigan University. Rachel started her career as an elementary school teacher in New York City.
