Stephen Lin

Vice President, Research & Evaluation

With nearly 15 years of experience, Stephen has worked in multiple sectors with his focus on impacting children’s lives. Previously, he has worked in K-12 schools as both a practitioner and researcher as well as in public policy conducting research for statewide policy efforts. At UnboundEd, he is responsible for the research and evaluation of UnboundEd’s current programs, services, and offerings, working cross-functionally with internal staff as well as with external partners. Bringing a constant commitment to equity principles, his work elevates impact through acknowledging blind spots. Stephen received his Ph.D. from the graduate school of education at Bellarmine University in Education and Social Change with an emphasis on research and evaluation.
