Tahara Roberts

Tahara Roberts is a talent, recruitment and social media professional. After receiving a Bachelor’s in Communications at Marist College, Tahara’s career began in television. She then transitioned into the nonprofit/education space in 2016. As a Caribbean American, born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, with roots that stem from the tiny island of Carriacou, she is the product of supportive mentorship that magnified her goals and dreams. Understanding the gravity of chances and opportunity first hand, how it can propel and change the lives of people not afforded this privilege at birth, grounds her in this work. As UnboundEd’s Talent Coordinator, Tahara supports cross-functional, core work in talent, organizational development, and operations.
