Samuel Lujajohnson is an innovative leader with experience in all segments of the customer journey. He uses data-driven decision-making and workflow optimization to produce positive outcomes while maintaining focus on the mission’s overall strategy and purpose. As the Director of Sales Operations at UnboundEd, he serves in a critical role, helping to grow impact, program access, and revenue to fuel operations.

With 10+ years in the education sector, Samuel feels at home working with schools and administrators, with the goal of helping to cultivate a better tomorrow for our students. Of this time, 7 years were spent at a U.S. based education nonprofit, where he last held the role of Senior Director of the Solution Center, serving as the department head for all customer service and technical support teams while also serving as a dedicated strategic planning leader for all customer-facing teams. With over a decade of leadership, performance management experience, business optimization, and administration experience, he is able to maintain a special focus on profitability through lean operations and efficient business practices. Samuel earned his M.B.A. from USI and a B.B.A from Indiana University, earning a 4.0 GPA on both degrees and has earned multiple industry Certifications.
