Academic success for every student doesn’t happen by chance. Rather, it happens through strong instruction, aligned systems, skilled leaders, and access to high-quality instructional materials (HQIM).

LASO Cycle 4: LIFT — Leadership and Instructional Foundations for Texas — is a statewide, district-focused initiative that integrates Strong Foundations, Texas Instructional Leadership (TIL), and Texas Lesson Study (TXLS) to strengthen HQIM implementation and increase student academic outcomes.

Watch to learn how LIFT makes instructional improvement feasible, sustainable, and deeply impactful at every level of the system. In this one-hour session, district and school leaders will explore how LIFT helps close learning gaps, accelerate student growth, strengthen teacher practice, and build the capacity of instructional leaders.

This is a unique opportunity for Texas districts to align multiple state-supported initiatives under one cohesive framework — creating a unified approach to instructional improvement that is scalable, sustainable, and directly connected to Texas’ vision for high-quality teaching and learning.

    You’ll leave ready to:

    • Navigate the structure and activities of the LIFT program.
    • Evaluate your district’s capacity, needs, and funding opportunities for LIFT.
    • Prepare a strong application before the December 3, 2025, LASO 4 deadline.

You’ll also get access to exclusive, one-on-one Lift Application Consults, during which our team will help you navigate this incredible grant opportunity and successfully complete your application.
