Jessica Johnson

Regional Director

Jessica has varied leadership experience in K–12 urban education. She taught and mentored in general and special education at the elementary and middle school levels. She served in several leadership roles, including Response to Instruction & Intervention Coordinator, District Math Administrator, and Principal. Jessica has been a professional developer and panelist at the district, state, and national levels.

As a principal, Jessica led K–8 and middle schools in two large urban school districts. As a “Pandemic Principal,” she understands the many challenges for principals. Jessica is passionate about supporting district and school leaders in ” implementing meaningful structural changes that positively impact students’ math identity.”
