Johannah has two decades of experience leading program and people operations in the education sector. Her career has focused on building and managing internal operations and staff. She is an experienced culture-builder, professional developer, and strategist with a strong record of success in developing staff skills, performance, and engagement.
Johannah comes to UnboundEd from the University of California, Berkeley Center for Executive Education at the Haas School of Business, where she was the Chief Operating Officer and previously the Director of Program Management. As a senior leader, she oversaw all program and service delivery and organizational operations. Before that, Johannah worked as the Director of Talent for the Stupski Foundation, managing operations and human resources of the $150M private operating foundation. She also managed the operations and staff of Teach For America’s eight teacher training institutes, serving over 5,000 new teachers each summer.
A Bay Area native, Johannah holds a bachelor’s degree in communication studies from UCLA.
