Taknauth Khilawan

As Chief Financial Officer, Taknauth Khilawan is responsible for leading the organization’s finance, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and operational functions. Since joining the organization, he has helped strengthen financial operations, improve organizational systems, and support strategic growth initiatives. Having progressed through multiple leadership roles before becoming CFO, Taknauth brings deep expertise in nonprofit finance, financial planning and analysis, and operational strategy. He partners closely with executive leadership and the Board to ensure long-term financial sustainability and advance the organization’s mission through sound financial stewardship.
