What is the GLEAM Instruction Showcase?

The GLEAM® Instruction Showcase celebrates UnboundEd partners doing significant work to enact GLEAM instruction in their districts. The program highlights the strategy and steadfastness of educators and leaders who implement the GLEAM Framework, inspiring the next generation of partners to design and execute a strategic long-term plan to advance GLEAM Instruction in their own school systems.

Criteria

To be considered for the recognition, the school/system must:

  • Provide evidence of shifts aligned with the GLEAM Hypothesis, including enabling systemic conditions, mindsets, planning, instructional practices, and student outcomes
  • Have a strategic plan for expanding/sustaining the implementation of GLEAM Instruction
  • Submit a nomination form

GLEAM Instruction Showcase Selection Process

  1. After the submission window for nomination forms ends, UnboundEd’s Showcase Selection Committee will review entries. 
  2. Of the entries that meet the aforementioned criteria, the committee will use its selection rubric to assess each story in the following domains: systematicity of roll-out, creativity of solutions to barriers/problems of practice, and scale of implementation. 
  3. The committee will determine individual or team awardees in different categories, including Teaching, Building Leadership, and District/Network Leadership. 
  4. UnboundEd will notify the schools/systems that submitted nominations of whether they will receive the GLEAM Instruction Showcase award.

Submit a nomination highlighting your district’s journey by Friday, April 17, 2026.
